Lyneia and Susan make up the SoSig Events team. Being highly sought out as Texas event planners, they produce and design weddings, Quinceaneras, corporate as well as social events. Having over 20 years of experience planning a myriad of events for nonprofit organizations, Susan and Lyneia joined forces to form the Permian Basin’s premier luxury event planning and design company. Both being native Midlanders, they pride themselves on creating beautiful, luxurious events in the middle of the world’s most premier oil patch. In 2021, SoSig Events expanded their presence in Texas by opening an office in Houston, Texas.

Susan and Lyneia have 7 sons collectively (Susan has 4 boys and Lyneia has 3), and it’s through their children that they became friends many years ago while managing their small army. Lyneia has been married for 28 years to her husband Mike. When she isn’t planning the next soiree, she can be found at the gym or the lake with friends and family, reading a good book or possibly enjoying her guilty pleasure of Dove chocolates and red wine. Susan has been married to Tom for 33 years and in her free time you can find her at the gym, on the golf course, or lying beside the pool with a WWII book in hand. When no one is watching, she loves devouring Cheez Its with red wine while watching The Bachelor.
